PlanSeats helps couples, coordinators, and venues turn a guest list into a workable room plan for weddings and other seated events. It combines a visual floorplan with guest placement, so people can arrange tables, seat groups, and share a chart without passing around another spreadsheet.

• Auto-assign uses tagged groups and available seats to fill a chart quickly while respecting guests already placed by hand.
• Coordinators and couples can work from one live chart through view or co-editor links, keeping changes in one shared plan.
• A finished chart can be shared by live link or exported as a PDF, alphabetical guest list, place cards, and printable signs.
